Swedish citizens who have never lived in Sweden need a Tax Agency coordination number before they can get a first Swedish passport or ID card. The embassy collects the application and requests the number; it cannot be combined with the passport visit.
Where to apply in Australia
Embassy of Sweden, Canberra only (honorary consulates do not accept these applications).
Contact details for every office are on the page of the embassy and consulates of Sweden.
