A Tongan Certificate of Identity issued to applicants who need identification or travel documentation and cannot hold a Tongan passport. The application is completed on the High Commission's form.

Complete and sign the Certificate of Identity form | pay by Westpac bank transfer and email or fax the receipt to info@tongahighcom.com.au | send with the photos and ID copies
Documents you need
- Completed, signed and dated form
- Two recent passport photos
- Copies of ID such as passport or driver's licence
- Confirmation of any other citizenship (or a statement of none)
