Travellers from countries whose passport holders need a visa for Tonga apply by email to the High Commission, which issues the permit as a letter. Business visitors may enter as visitors but must advise Tonga Immigration in writing in advance.

Complete and sign the entry permit application form | email it with a passport scan and supporting items to info@tongahighcom.com.au, stating the email address for the permit | pay by money order, bank transfer or on arrival at a Tongan port of entry
