Attestation for exporters, businesses and investors: certificates of origin, packing lists, contracts, commercial invoices and commercial powers of attorney.

Embassy of the State of Qatar, Canberra (ACT), through its Consular Branch (PO Box 664, Woden ACT 2606), covering Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. In-person and courier hours 11:00-14:00 Monday to Friday.

Fees and processing time

Official fee: AUD 75 for certificate of origin, packing list, contract or commercial POA; invoices by value AUD 250 to AUD 2,500 or 0.6% above QR 1,000,000; other AUD 50

Processing time: Five working days.

Good to know

Fees are in AUD unless marked QR; the page is undated. Payment by bank draft or money order payable to the Embassy, or bank transfer. Attestations take five working days; incomplete applications are returned.
