  • Checked 24 October 2026

Check with the office. The official pages for this service leave out some details, or are older than a year. Use this page as a starting point and confirm fees and documents before you apply.

Pensioners living abroad must submit a JP-certified proof-of-life form by the end of each year or pension payments stop.

Where to apply in Australia

Embassy of Bosnia and Herzegovina, 5 Beale Crescent, Deakin (Canberra, ACT), for all of Australia (also New Zealand and several Pacific states). Documents are lodged with the embassy, mostly by post.

Republika Srpska pensioners submit to their Fond PIO branch. The Sydney (NSW) consulate's own site (bihconsulatesydney.com) lists no consular services and refers applicants to the embassy's consular pages; all applications go to Canberra.

Contact details for every office are on the page of the embassy and consulates of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
