For a document issued in a country that has not joined the Hague apostille convention, the Greek consulate covering the place of issue checks authenticity with the issuing body and certifies it.

Honorary consulates (East Maitland, Darwin, Brisbane, Hobart) are listed on the site but the pages fetched do not say they take these services.
