How to apply
Apply at the mission with a handwritten request form, photos, ID, proof of citizenship and proof of fee payment.
Applications are handled through Ministry of Foreign Affairs consular services portal / uslugi.gov.mk.

- Handwritten request form (both parents for minors)
- Two 3.5x4.5 cm photos
- Valid photo ID
- Proof of citizenship
- Proof of consular fee payment
- Police report if passport lost or stolen
Fees and processing time
- Official fee: EUR 30 without Ministry of Interior approval
- EUR 36 (Europe) / EUR 39 (outside Europe) when approval and delivery are needed; non-euro countries pay in local currency
