How to apply
Log in to ociservices.gov.in, choose 'OCI Miscellaneous Services (Passport Particulars Updation)' and upload the documents within three months of receiving the new passport

- For foreign spouses: declaration that the marriage subsists, copy of the Indian/OCI spouse's passport and spouse's OCI card

Processing time: 6-8 weeks (VFS one-pager); no new card printed.
