NICOP, Pakistan Origin Card and other NADRA services – Pakistan in Australia

CNIC, NICOP, POC and FRC are applied for online with NADRA only and posted to the applicant's home; the High Commission does not process NADRA applications or follow them up.

Where to apply in Australia

High Commission in Canberra for residents of the ACT, WA, QLD and NT; Consulate-General in Melbourne for SA, TAS and VIC; Consulate-General in Sydney for NSW. Consular camps are held in other cities (for example Queensland).

Melbourne states it does not process NICOP/CNIC at the mission; Canberra stopped receiving NICOP applications from 15 Sep 2015. Apply via the PakID app or NADRA website.

Apply online on NADRA's Pak-Identity portal; contact NADRA directly for follow-up.

Applications are handled through NADRA PakID app / id.nadra.gov.pk.

Fees and processing time

Official fee: set on NADRA's fee structure (nadra.gov.pk/feeStructure), not read

Processing time: Normal 31 days, urgent 23 days, executive 9 days from payment, courier delivery (Sydney page).
