CPF account closure form certification – Singapore in Australia

Non-citizens who have renounced Singapore citizenship or PR and want to close their CPF account must complete Form CPF-CA. The High Commission can witness and certify the form, though CPF processes the closure in Singapore.

Where to apply in Australia

In-person only at the High Commission Canberra; alternatives are a notary plus DFAT apostille in Australia or an online Singpass submission to CPF.

How to apply

Option 1: have a notary witness and certify copies, get a DFAT apostille, post to CPF Board | Option 2: attend the High Commission unsigned and sign before a consular officer (no postal, courier or video witnessing), then post to CPF Board | Option 3: submit through CPF 'Write to Us' with Singpass
