Holders of a Singapore Employment Pass or Dependant Pass who are now overseas can cancel the pass by sending the originals to the High Commission. No fee is charged.

High Commission of the Republic of Singapore, 17 Forster Crescent, Yarralumla ACT 2600 (the only Singapore post in Australia; serves the whole country). Consular section open Mon-Fri 8:30-12:30 and 13:30-17:00, closed on ACT public holidays and 9 August.

How to apply
Deliver in person (preferred) or post by registered mail/courier with a self-addressed stamped return envelope | include a letter asking for cancellation with a daytime phone number and address

- Original EP/DP
- The passport(s) containing the pass
- Letter to ICA requesting cancellation
- Any other relevant papers from ICA, MINDEF or MOM
