Single-journey document that lets a Cambodian citizen, including a child born abroad, return to Cambodia when the passport is lost, damaged or otherwise unusable. It is valid three months and needs approval from the Foreign Ministry in Cambodia.

How to apply
Download and complete the application form from the embassy page | gather the listed documents | Post to the Consular Section address using a tracked yellow Express Post envelope with a self-addressed prepaid express return envelope (keep the tracking number); applicants outside Australia use DHL with a prepaid return label and waybill.
