Namibians visiting, living or studying in Australia can register with the consulate through an online form so it holds their contact details. The consulate has a similar travel-record form for Australians going to Namibia, which it says is not a visa application.
Where to apply in Australia
Consulate-General of Namibia (honorary), Mosman NSW, which serves all of Australia; no embassy or high commission resident in Australia is listed. Visa applications themselves are made online with the Namibian Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security (MHAISS).
Contact details for every office are on the page of the embassy and consulates of Namibia.

Fill in the registration form on the consulate website with name, phone, email, time in Australia, purpose or occupation, residency status and state, then submit it online
